Mr RUTLEDGE, speaking before a packed courtroom, asked for the indictment in the caseto be handed to him.
He said he was pleased to inform the court that FRASER is not guilty of the murderof NATASHA ANNE RYAN.
The court was told that since she had been located Ms RYAN had been in contact withboth her parents, and they had identified her.
